Short steps, with a clip that shows each one on screen, for two things this site lets you do: follow your shipment, and find out, before you send, the weight your shipping cost is calculated from.
Track your shipment
See where your shipment is right now, at any time, without having to ask us.
- 1Type the tracking number we sent you on WhatsApp into the “Where is your shipment?” box at the top of the homepage.
- 2Press “Track” to see your shipment's status right now.
- 3Below it, “Shipment history” shows the five stages your shipment passes through, and “All updates” lists every update with its date.
If the page says there is a problem with your shipment, message us on WhatsApp with your reference to hand.
Try tracking nowWork out your shipment's chargeable weight
Know the weight your shipping cost is calculated from before you message us, so the cost does not surprise you.
- 1Open the calculator from its button at the bottom of the screen on the homepage, or from the button after these steps.
- 2Measure your box or bag, and enter the length, width and height in centimetres, then the actual weight in kilograms.
- 3Choose the destination, then press “Calculate”.
- 4The chargeable weight appears: the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the cost.
At the top of the calculator is a list of what cannot be shipped. Read it before you measure.
