The principle this site was built on: we do not collect what we do not need. This page explains what we actually collect, why, and who we share it with.

  1. 1The site itself collects nothing about you

    There is no account on this site, no sign-up and no form asking for your details. We run no visitor analytics, no advertising and no tracking files. The only thing your browser keeps is your choice of the light or dark theme, and it stays on your device and never reaches us.

  2. 2The tracking page

    It needs the shipment reference and nothing else. The database behind that page holds no name, no phone number, no address and no email address, in no field and no table. Someone who knows your reference sees the status of your shipment and, if we recorded one, the list of things in it, and learns nothing about you.

  3. 3What we collect when we arrange a shipment

    Over WhatsApp we receive what shipping requires and no more: your name and number, the recipient's details and address, a description of the contents, and a copy of an identity document where the destination asks for one. We ask for this because the shipment cannot be booked or cleared through customs without it. We also photograph every shipment.

  4. 4Who we share it with

    With the carrier that moves your shipment, and with customs in Malaysia and in the destination country. That is all. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not pass it to anyone your shipment does not require.

  5. 5The question box on this site

    We keep nothing you type into the question box: not your question and not the answer. Your question text is, however, sent to an external AI provider so it can compose the answer from the pages of this site. So do not type personal details, shipment references or phone numbers into it. If your question is about your own shipment, WhatsApp is the right place for it.

  6. 6Your rights

    You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on your request. What customs or the carrier require us to keep on record remains governed by those bodies' rules rather than by ours.
